Hello! My name is Yufei (Kelly) Li. I was born in Kunming, China, in 2001, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Studies with a concentration in Computer Animation at Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. My work explores a variety of areas such as graphic design, typography, 3D modeling, and illustration. I blend geometric and cute styles with whimsical storytelling. I have designed a children's kelp food brand Nartible, created a 3D animation work Scary Snail, and designed invitation letters for the art salon Bo Art. I have also earned first place among 100 submissions in the California International Student Art Contest.
I continue to expand my creative boundaries to create designs that are both aesthetically appealing and useful for audiences. I seek inspiration for my art by watching anime, playing games, and crocheting. I believe that by acknowledging different areas and cultures, I can widen my horizon and develop my thinking in a more comprehensive and informative way. I am dedicated to exploring new techniques and mediums, expressing my vision and thinking through diverse designs.
